AN UPDATE ON COVID-19
At Morgan Family Medicine, your health is at the upmost importance. We understand our patients could be higher risk for contracting the virus and the effects could be more serious in the immunocompromised. We always pride ourselves in the importance of cleaning procedures to keep all patients safe from illness, however during this time of novel infection we are increasing the ways we keep our patients safe.
1) Every patient will have their temperature monitored during their appointment as well as the employees at MFM.
2) Exam rooms and equipment are always cleaned after every patient and we will also be cleaning all touchable surfaces.
3) We are available to screen patients for COVID-19 and make recommendations.
4) We suggest you follow the CDC recommendations of hand hygiene, avoiding touching your face, avoiding unnecessary travel or crowds.
5) Hand hygiene is suggested for patients to avoid contracting and/or transmitting the virus.
